Payments can be made using major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept debit cards for eligible transactions. For clients who prefer bank-based methods, direct deposit through Chase and wire transfers are also available. Cryptocurrency payments are supported, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, and are processed according to the invoice instructions provided.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Credit and debit card payments are typically processed immediately or within a few minutes. Bank transfers, including direct deposits and wire transfers, may require additional processing time depending on banking schedules and verification requirements. Cryptocurrency payments are subject to network confirmation times and may take longer to finalize before services are released.

Cryptocurrency payments, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, are subject to blockchain network confirmation times and are considered completed only after sufficient confirmations are received on the network. Processing times may vary depending on network congestion and are outside the control of 4repack. Cryptocurrency values are volatile. The amount due is calculated at the time the invoice is issued, and exchange rate fluctuations after payment is initiated do not constitute grounds for adjustments, refunds, or credits. Any network fees or transaction costs charged by the blockchain are the responsibility of the customer. Services related to cryptocurrency payments will be released only after full confirmation of the transaction.

Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible. Once a cryptocurrency transaction has been submitted to the blockchain network, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded by 4repack. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct wallet address, network, and payment amount are used when completing a cryptocurrency transaction. Payments sent to an incorrect address, incorrect network, or with insufficient amount cannot be recovered and do not qualify for refunds, credits, or service adjustments. By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, the customer acknowledges and accepts the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and assumes all associated risks.
