Normalizing Correios Shipping

Since September 2025, the international logistics market between the United States and Brazil has faced significant disruptions caused by the new U.S. tariffs, sudden freight price instability, and the suspension and limitations affecting shipments from Correios in Brazil to the United States.

These events created major operational disruptions across the logistics chain. Several shipping modalities were paused or severely limited, affecting freight availability, customs processing, system integrations, and export timelines for thousands of parcels.

In many cases, forwarding parcels through alternative carriers immediately would have tripled the shipping cost for our clients. Because of this, we made the difficult decision to temporarily hold many packages safely in our facilities with free storage while we monitored the market, released shipments whenever possible through alternative carriers, and waited for better operational conditions and partial normalization of the export systems.

As a result, many shipments experienced delays that directly impacted our operation and, unfortunately, many of our clients as well.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and delays many of you experienced during this period.

Since April 27, 2026, the export system has been partially normalized. While not all shipping methods are fully restored yet and some system limitations still remain, we are happy to share that thousands of parcels have already been released and moved successfully over the past days.

Throughout this entire situation, our commitment remained the same:
to honor the estimated prices provided to our clients whenever possible — even when external market conditions reduced or completely eliminated our profitability on certain shipments.

For more than 30 years, we have operated in Brazil, a market many freight forwarders avoid because of the operational complexity, costs, and bureaucracy involved. But we continue to believe in improving every day, adapting, learning, and building better systems and better experiences for our clients around the world.

Yes, sometimes we fail.
But we never give up on fixing problems and becoming better tomorrow than we were yesterday.

Thank you for continuing to trust 4repack to move your parcels from Brazil to the world.

Without your business, we simply would not have a business.

We truly appreciate your patience, trust, and support.
