Due to the city of São Paulo, where we are located, being in the Red Phase of the Pandemic, a 10 day- holiday was decreed by the city Hall, period between 03/26/21 to 04/04/21.
Our international assisted purchase service is working normally. Most of the sellers are delaying or will ship the items until the holiday ends.
We are also experiencing shipping delays.
Our team is working around the clock to release the shipments as soon as possible.
