We are currently experiencing significant backorders in Brazil, South America, a situation that has persisted since the onset of the pandemic. The recent Correios postal workers’ strike over the last four months has exacerbated these delays, overloading carriers across the country. As a result, we have had to review freight rates, adjust consolidations, and switch forwarders to continue providing service to all our customers.
To manage these challenges and ensure we can fulfill existing orders efficiently, we have decided to suspend new orders in Brazil until the backlogs are reduced to an acceptable level.
Our dedicated Brazilian team is working tirelessly to clear all backorders by the end of November. We understand the inconvenience and frustration these delays may cause and sincerely apologize for any issues this situation has created.
